VIADUCT ENTRANCE. i The Western portion of the Viaduct is now approaching the Eastern portion, and 1 the entrance between the two portions will ; be restricted during pile-driving operations. .' Masters of vessels entering or leaving the Basin during the day time must approach the pile driver and obtain permission to pass through from tile man in charge. They must also keep close alongside the Training Pier and western end of Eastern portion of Viaduct. At night time the pile driver will heave clear of entrance. By Order. H. B.
