(By Telegraph.—Special to " Star.") NEW PLYMOUTH, Thursday.

Another powerful blow-out of gas occurred on Wednesday niprlit tli6 No«-1 (bore of Moturoa Oilfields, Limited, but as no drilling operations were being carried on at the moment no damage was done. The gas blew out with a sudden roar, and with a pressure of six hundred pounds it \vae still blowing off this afternoon, but was -nder eo .rol. A start has been made to pump liquid mud into the bore to seal off the gas. The bore had reached 2120 ft when the blow-out occurred. It is expected that boring will be delayed for only a short time.
