NEW BOXING CLUB.
FORMED AT TE POI,

MATAMATA, Thursday.
At a meeting held at Te Poi on Tuesday it was unanimously decided, to form a local boxing club. The following officers were then elected: Patron, Mr. C. 11. Clinkard, M.P.: president. Mr. C. A. Stopford ; vicepresidents.. Messrs. J. Kerr. G. Reed, A. M. A. Wright, W. Sleeman, sen., H. nails. W. Settle and H. Avard: joint secretaries. Messrs.- B. Mnllov and-T. MeLeay. sen.. R. Wright. H. Wails, li. Avard. and E. T. Pritchard. It was decided to affiliate with the Northern Boxing Association.
