IN DIVORCE.
In the case in which Henrietta E. Kosovich (Mr. Terry) succeeded in her petition for divorce in the Supreme Court yesterday, it was stated that petitioner complained of the failure of her husband, Ante Kosovich, to provide satisfactory accommodation for his wife and family. It appears there were no children of the marriage, which was solemnised in, June, 1923.
