INSURANCE AND CARGO.
COVER NOT ANNOUNCED.
Officials of the Union Company declined yesterday to give any information about the Tahiti's insurances.
The Tahiti's cargo comprised 100 tons for Harotouga, 200 tons for Papeete, and 200 tons for San Francisco. The steamer was carrying a quantity of foodstuffs for the Islands and a miscellaneous assortment of goods for San Francisco.
