SUNBEAMS' KINDERGARTEN.
An • exceptionally large bridge party was. held in the Tudor tearooms yesterday afternoon in aid of the Sun'beams Free Kindergarten. The arrangements were in the hands of the committee, through whose energetic efforts the afternoon was a great success. The whole of the 'balcony and the far end of the tearooms were in Use, and altogether there were about 80 tables occupied. The' decorations were most attractive. Arum lilies and golden jonquils were arranged in silver and crystal bowls, and a striking feature was a huge-'brass bowl containing lemons and their foliage. The prizes were won by Mrs. C. Court, and Mrs. Casement Aickin. Mrs. C. B. Plumnier, president, was present, and wore a frock of navy satin beaute, Avith black hat trimmed with ospreys. Members of the committee were: Mrs. D. B. Patterson (hon. secretary), Miss Gannaway (hon. treasurer), Mesdames G. Court, H. J. ■Court, Coe, Ritchie, Shera, Garrett, Farrell, S.
