(Received 9.30 a.m.)' SYDNEY, this day. Tie Federal basic wage has been reduced in all States in sympathy with tie drop in prices and the costs of living. Queensland workers, under the Federal awards, lose 5/6, and the men in New South Wales and the other States lose 1/ to .1/6.
