Cabled information has been received bv the general manager of railways that by special arrangement with station 3LO, Melbourne, members of the New ( Zealand farmers' party, at present touring Australia on. an extended educative tour arranged by the New Zealand Railway Department, will broadcast messages from the observation car on their train at 8 p.m. Melbourne time (9.30 p.m. New Zealand time) on. Sunday evening.
