Sinclair, L'L.M., of Auckland, has been appointed to an administrative position in Nigeria under the scheme recently organised by the British Colonial Service for graduates in the Dominions. Mr. Sinclair will first proceed, to Oxford University to undergo a preliminary course of training. Mr. W. A. Mahoney; and Mr.- William Lambert Davidson as a solicitor, on the motion of Mr. D. It. C. Mowbray, Mr. Davidson proposes' practice in Fiji.
