BRITISH CABINET ADDITION. (British Official Wireless.) " RUGBY, July 9. The Secretary of State for the Colonies, Lord Passfield, has appointed Mr. G. J. Tomlinson, formerly of the Nigerian Civil Service, to' be assistant Under-Secretary of State in the Colonial Office. , . Mr. Tomlinson will take charge oj a new division being set up to deal with all matters relating to the personnel of the Colonial services.
