Damages amounting to £598 13/ were < awarded Egidis Bearzatti in the 1 Supreme Court to-day when he claimed ] £800 3/6 from Frederick Wise. The claim arose as a result of an accident i in June, 1929, when defendant's car hit 1 plaintiff. As tC , result it was stated that ( plaintiff had been totally disabled for J work, having suffered permanent serious injury. , , ( Plaintiff claimed that the accident j was due to defendant's negligence in driving at an excessive speed. Mr. P. ' J. O'Regan, with W. J. Boyce, appeared for the defendant. ' Leave to, appeal was , granted, applica- ! tion to be filed within 14 days.
