QUALITY OF CHEESE.

SOUTH ISLAND SUPERIOR. "ODIOUS COMPARISON USEFUL." •• DUNEDIN, Friday. ; In an address which he delivered before the South Island Dairy Association in Dunedin to-day, Mr. T. C. Brash, secretary of the Dairy Produce Board, said he was glad to notice that the association's report had drawn a comparison between the quality of cheese exported from the South Island and that exported from the North Island. The North Island came out very badly, but the fact that the comparison was odious might help to drive home the need for action in the way of improving the quality.
