The owner of the first-mentioned vehicle is Frances E. Jenkins, of Auckland, and the amount claimed as owing thereon is £12 14/9. The owner of the second-men tioned vehicle is one Yankovich, of Auckland, and the amount claimed as owing thereon is £11 11/7. The owners of the third and last-mentioned vehicle are Arthur Grahame Bright and Harold B. Gray, both of Auckland, and the amount claimed as owing thereon is £20 11/8. Notice is hereby given that a channel 300 feet wide and with a depth of 12 feet at L.W.S.T., has been dredged to the 600 ton Slipway. Freeman's Bay. The centre line of this Channed has been marked by two beacons with white triangular surmounts; the beacons are 150 feet apart, the inshore one being 10 feet above high wafer and the seaward one 4 feet above high water. They lie in a line bearing IS degrees true at a distance 450 feet from and parallel to the western side of Freeman's Bay Reclamation. By order, H. B. BURNETT, 4 Superintendent and Secretary.
