Rover Section. The. following circular to all Rovers arid Rover Crews has been issued by District Rover Leader C. Ruxton Bach. Attention is called to resolutions passed at the last Advisory Board meeting concerning Rover Crews. They read thus: All Rovers and Rover. Squires in Auckland are required to re-register at headquarters before June 30, 1930. (Definition of a "Rover Squire" is an uninitiated Rover, or in other words a person intending to be initiated as a Rover). All crews formed, or in formation, are required to re-rcgistcr. No Rover badges are to be worn by other than initiated Rovers, and Bover Squires are to wear the correct yellow and green shoulder knot.
