BRANCH FORMED AT TAUPO. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) TAUPO, Sunday. A branch' of the New Zealand Labour party w r as formed at a largely attended meeting over which Mr. J. Loughlin presided. Mr. R. H. Ward outlined the policy of the Labour party and explained its organisation and constitution. A resolution that a branch be formed was carried unanimously and the following executive was elected: Chairman, Mr. J. Loughlin; vice-chairman, Mr. G. P. Reid; secretary, Mr. R, 11. Ward; trustees, Messrs. J. R. Crowther, G. P. Reid and R. H. Ward.
