PRIMARY SCHOOLS
FOUR MORE TEAMS. The Primary School Management Committee of the Rugby League met last evening, Mr. Newport in the chair. There were twenty delegates. , , It was reported that fifteen school teams were entered this year, the four new clubs being Avondale (2), Northcote and City. Papatoetoe is likely to enter another team. The competition commences on Saturday, the draw being as follows: — A Section. —Devonport v. Newtijn, 12.45 p.m., No. 2 Carlaw Park (Mr. D. Taylor) ; Mount Albert v. Mangere, 2 p.m., .Mount Albert (Mr. A. Rae) ; Avondale Public v. Parnell, 12.45 p.m., No. 1 Carlaw Park (Mr. C. Thompson) ; Northcote v. Newmarket, 1 p.m., No. 2 Domain (Mr. H. Jackson) ; City, a bye. B Section. —Ellerslie v. Avondale Catholic, 1 p.m., Avondale (Mr. W. Weston) ; Otahuhu v. Richmond, 1 p.m., Grey Lynn Park (Mr. H. Kirkland); Papatoetoe v. Onehunga Convent, 2 p.m., Papatoetoe (Mr. C. Gedye)..
