EQUALISED.
CABLE-WIRELESS RATES. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, May 2. An agreement equalising cable and wireless rates to Australia at the wireless level is now awaiting the approval of the Commonwealth. If the Commonwealth agrees the Imperial Communications Company advisory committee will immediately endorse the arrangement.
