Doctor Committed For Trial. UNUSUAL INDICTMENT. i \ (Received 10 a.m.) TOWNSVLLLE, this day. Dr. Charles Pattison was committed for trial on a charge of procuring Peter Prior, a half caste, to murder Robert Curry, foreman at ths Palm Island sawmill. Ralph Matthews said he heard Dr. Paitison say to some boys, "What is being done to prevent Curry's return?" The boys replied that they were posting themselves along the beach, and they had orders to shoot Curry. iDr. Pattison said: "Shoot him where he shot me."
