MOASCAR CUP CONTEST.
(Uy Telegraph.—Press Association.') PALMERSTON NORTH, Friday. The decision of the New Zealand Rugby Union to return to the donors the Moascar Cup, at present held by the Palinerston North Boys' High School, was discussed at a meeting of the Manawlienua Rugby Union this evening, when Mr. J. A. Colquhoun, one of the union's delegates to the parent body, and coach to the High School team, said the school was at present endeavouring to arrange for the cup competition to be continued under the jurisdiction of the trustees of the trophy. Mr. F. Robinson: I think the school should hold on to it. Mr. J. R. Hardie: Actually, it means that the competition will have ceased to exist. Mr. Robinson: I do not think -you should be in any hurry to return it. Mr. Hatch: You have lost the key of the cupboard. The letter was received.
