111'. W. Manson, of Otorohanga, well known in Auckland in connection with tie W.E.A. and Labour movements, was the victim of an accident, on Tuesaay. A motorist descending tlie narrow Mil road from Honikiwi failed to sound iris torn while, rounding a sharp corner and crashed - into the g'g Mr. Manson was driving. The impact threw Mr. Manson On to the road and he sustained severe bruises on the arm and back, and cuts on the face, through contact with the llorse's hoofs. Mr. Manson was able to proceed to his home.
