Archbishop's Order Not To Vote For Strickland Party. POLITICAL CHAOS. (Received 12 noon.) MALTA, May 1. The- Archbishop's order, which was read in all the churches to-day, announcing that whoever votes for Lord' Strickland and his supporters is committing a mortal sin, caused a ferment in the Constitutional Party, who are demanding the suspension of the elections.
