THE SOUTHLAND CUP.
Of the thirteen horses nominated for the Southland Cup, Circulation, is the only one who has previously succeeded in the event; in fact, the Paper Money mare' has quite an interesting record in connection with this ten-furlong race (says our Dunedin correspondent). At her first essay in- 1027 she beat all but Full. Swing. The next year she won, and last year another second was her por'.jcn.
