RUGBY, March 27.
' Mr. Arthur Henderson, accompanied by Sir Robert Vansittart, Permanent Under-Secretary, Dr. Hugh Dalton, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs, and Sir Percy Loraine, High Commissioner in Egypt, this afternoon received at the Foreign Office the Egyptian delegation consisting of Nahas Pasha; Prime Minister, Moharram Pasha, Minister of Public Works, and Makram Ebeid Effendi, Finance Minister.
Arrangements were discussed, for a public opening on Monday morning of the conference which is to negotiate an Treaty. This ceremony, at ° which the Foreign Secretary aiid 'Nahas Pasha will speak, will he held m the so-called Locarno Room of the Foreign Office. " ■ '
