PARIS, March 27,

The Civil Court has dismissed the action brought by Madame Morris, who claimed reinstatement in the Feminine Sporting Federation. , . The Judge said that in his opinion, although she was entitled to dress and behave as she pleased as a* private citizen, the Sporting Federation was within its rights in contending that her eccentricities and the language she used might detrimentally affect girls and young women. A message from Paris a month ago said Madame Violette Morris, a famous French motorist, and an all-round athlete, was determined to fight to the last against' her expulsion from the Feminine Sporting Federation because she insisted on wearing trousers on a sporte ground.. The hearing of her action was set down for February 26. bhe claimed £800 damages. Madame Morris has worn masculine attire for years, as she finds trousers more convenient when at her work as proprietor of a garage, and [ also when engaged in sports.
