EXHIBITION IN LONDON.

LONDON, March 27.

At the opening of the apple season at New Zealand House, Mrs. Wilford, wife of the High Commissioner for the Doninion, presented to Miss Ishbel MacDonald a basket' of fruit which she accepted on behalf of her father, the Prime Minister. Miss Mac Donald remarked that if the apples were as good as they looked they were marvellous. Traders say the exhibition of New Zealand apples is the best they have ever seen. .'
