The eighteenth annual meeting of the Y.M.C.A. !Boys' Football Club was presided over by Mr. H. Halliwell. The annual report mentioned that although no cups were won, all of the ten teams held high positions in their respective grades. The following officers were elected:—Patron, Mr. W. D. M. Glaister; president, Mr. H. Halliwell; vice-presidents, Mrs. H. M. Smeeton, Messrs. K J Deliow, n. R. Jenkins, M.P., G. T. Lee, R. A. Laidlaw, W. R. Ellingham, W. C. Browne, W. H. Woods, F. M. Winstone, E. Moxsom, E. M, Fl.vger, F. Paton; hon. secretary, Mr. K. Bell ; selection committee, Messrs. G. W. Adair, K. Bell, J. Donaldson, B. Hart and J. Pearson. It was decided to enter two teams in each of the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh grade competitions, and to commence practices as soon as a ground was available.
