THE PARISIAN.
In soft lights and to sweet music, many young people danced on Saturday evening in the ballroom of the Parisian Dancing Studio. Miss Alice Clarke was directing tlie Parisian Danco Orchestra which provided an appropriate pro-, gramme of syncopated music. Miss Violet Brooks, the hostess, wore a frock of ivory crepe de chine with uneven hem. Among those present were Mesdamcs Theo. Murphy, wearing nut brown satin; Beid, rose pink taffeta; Lewisham, peacock satin, gold lace; Davey, champagne moire and tulle; Misses Eunice Vail, ivory crepe de chine and lace; Eileen Vail, navy taffeta, pink chiffon relief; E. King, orange georgette and gold, uneven hem; D. King, Nile green hand embroidered georgette; E. McGill, cream spun silk; Miss B. Koss, rose georgette and silk lace; Joan Poberts, cicl blue crepe suede; J. Ryan, black Chantilly lace; N. Hamlin, daffodil georgette, silver lace; N. Harrison, cherry crepe de chine; J. Neil, figured ondella, uneven hem; H. Clarke, persimmon taffeta, gold lace; H. Pickering, eau de nil georgette and rhine.stones; B. Wheatley, periwinkle blue crepe de chine; D. Brown, lettuce green taffeta; Doreen Brown; shell pink taffeta and tulle; J. Grimmer, lemon crepe de chine, uneven hem; Ruby Morrison, coral crepe de chine and diamante; Eileen Murphy, ivory spun silk; J. Staples, sky blue crepe de chine; V. Munro, burnt orange crepe de chine, gold lace; A. Howard, cedar rose and gold; D. Jounting, champagne ondella and diamante; Darrach, vieux rose georgette,uneven hem; T. Julian, Prench blue lace and tulle; L. Julian, terra cotta crepe de chine; J. Conway, hyacinth georgette, uneven hem; J. Begg, ultramarine satin beaute; N. Stewart, gold ring velvet and diamante.
