TASTE IN MUSIC.
Voicing the appreciation of fellow Eotarians of an address on "Musical Instruments," delivered to-day by Rotarian Alf Eady, Mr. Maughan Barnett remarked that musical tastes differed. Thus there were many who delighted in the baspipes, others liked them at a distur.ee. Which reminded him that a Shah of Persia, who visited London some years since, often found his way to the Covcnt Garden opera house. It transpired that his chief delight was; to listen to the orchestra tuning up. •' ; -•• ■ • '-'
