TARANAKI MEN ON TOUR
OHURA DISTRICT VISITED.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) TAUMARUNUI, Wednesday. A- party from the Taranaki Chamber of Commerce is making a tour of the province's back country, and to-day visited Ohura and Taumarunui. The party is accompanied by Mr. L. A. Paish, British Trade Commissioner. . The tourists inspected the coalmines of Egmont Collieries, Ltd., and at Ohura they°were given a reception by settlers. The party proceeded to Taumarunui, where they Avere welcomed by the Mayor. After a visit to the chateau, National Park, a public reception was given at Taumarunui to-night. To-mor-row the visitors will inspect Taumarunui industries, and later will proceed to Tc Kuiti. ..'■■■»
