KUMEU SHOW.
A meeting of the executive of the Kumeu A. and H. Society was held ort Saturday afternoon. It was decided that the gTounds committee should commence activities on February 17. A sports programme of 16 events has been drawn up, including running, cycling, motor driving and tossing the sheaf. All events are post entries. Owing to the rainy season haymaking has been considerably retarded, thus leaving the farmers with less time to prepare entries. The closing date for entries is now February 14.
