PEDIGREE STOCK.
PURCHASE OF AYRSHIRES,
Mr. A. M. Weir (Southland) and Mr. F. Mills (Manawatu) are passing through Auckland en route to Canada, where they intend to purchase four bulls on behalf of the New Zealand Ayrshire Breeders Association. It is intended to introduce the new blood stock into the Dominio_n herd 6. Twenty-one guarantors of £50 each are financing the venture. One of them is the New Zealand Depaitment of Agriculture. The bulls will be sold at auction in Wellington round about July.
