CHURCH BURSARY.

DEVONPORT STUDENT'S SUCCESS. At St. Paul's Church, Dcvonport, yesterday morning the Rev. W. Lawson March announced that Mr. Fred Robertson, son of Mr. H. Robertson, one of the managers of the church, had been awarded one of the Presbyterian Church bursaries which would entitle him to a three years free college course in preparation for the ministry. Mr. Robertson had for long been associated with the Bible classes at St. Paul's, and recently had been taking services in some of the country districts around Auckland. He was the first student connected with St. Paul's Church to get a bursary, and the minister and congregation were very proud of the fact.
