Half-hour Rocket Trip of Postal Packet. INVENTOB'S CLAIM. (Received 10..'J0 a.m.) BUDAPEST, February 9. Professor Oberth, wliose plans for a rocket trip to the moon arc in abeyance, is now conducting trials to shoot a postal packet to America. He believes that if a rocket weighing 1201b and measuring fifteen metres, is shot from Segesvar, Transylvania, it would land on American soil in half an hour.
