CHICAGO CRIMES.
Business Men to Prepare Plan of Action. WAVE MUST BE STEMMED. (Received 9 a.m.) CHICAGO, February D.. The ' Chicago Commerce Association yesterday discussed the occurrence of murders and bomb outrages in the city. Jt demanded that the wave of crime should' be stemmed. A resolution carried said that the recent failure of the law enforcement bodies to check persons of known criminal tendencies could no longer be countenanced. The association announced that a group of citizens composed of "men of known courage and action" will be appointed to prepare a definite plan of action.
