AMONG THE OYSTERS.
BURGLARY AT WAIFUKURAU. CASH REGISTER BROKEN. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspoi dent.) WAIPUKURAU, this day. The premises of Marko L'jdur, a fish and oyster saloon keeper at Waipukurau, were burglariously entered entered early yesterday morning. The cash register was broken and the sum of £S 6/9, mostly in threepences and sixpences, was stolen. Access was gained by forcing the lock of the back door after finding entrance by a small window impossible.
