When' the police invaded the home of Frederick Dane, in Michigan, U.S.A., the mn.n wanted for the murder of Policeman Skelly, they found 200 detective stories in his library, with all the errors made by the criminals heavily underlined.
The woman arrested as hii wife declared that he was the leader of the St. "Valentine massacres in Chicago, when seven gunmen were cut up against a wall and snot dead.
"She pleads for a share in the £20,C00 raward offered for information leading to his capture.
