\ I RECORD NUMBER OP ENTRIES. I (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) PUKEKOHE, Friday. An announcement' that the entries received for the Franklin Agricultural and Pastoral Society's annual show, to be held at Pukekolie on' Friday and Saturday of next week, were more numerous than ever before, was made by the secretary, Mr. H. E. Kissfing, at a meeting of the executive of the society. The entries, which total 2719, against 2654 last year, are as follows, those for 'last year "being given in parentheses:— Horses, 428 (413); cattle, 493 (470); sheep, 160 (109); wool, 12 (7); pigs, 48 (54).
