Notice is hereby given that under Writ of Sale to me directed and issued out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Auckland, in the above action at the instance of the abovenamed Plaintiff, the execution creditor, I have taken in execution all that the estate, right, title and interest of R. Gray and Joseph Mark Starr, as executors of the Estate of Martha Elizabeth Starr, the abovenamed Defendants, being an estate in freehold in all that Piece of Land containing 96 acres 2 roods and G perches, more or less, being Lot 29 of a subdivision of part of a block of land situated at Waitakere in the District of Kaipara called Taupaki, and numbered 2S2N, bounded towards the North by Lot 28 of the said subdivision, 3540 links; towards the West by Lot 31 of the said subdivision, 3795 links; towards the South by a Government Road 100 links wide, 1181 links; towards the South-east by the said road 313 links, 960 links, 1447 links, '832 links; and towards the East by the said road, 943 links to the commencing point, excepting thereout, firstly, an area of 5 acres and 21. perches, more or less, conveyed to the Education Board by Deed registered in the Deeds Register Office at Auckland under number 134938, and, secondly, an area of CO acres, more or less, conveyed to the Public Trustee by Deed registered as aforesaid under number 350212. And I further give notice that I shall cause the estate, right, title and interest of the said R. Gray and Joseph Mark Starr, as executors of the Estate of Martha Elizabeth Starr in the said land to be sold at the suit of the executor creditor by C. F.
