Massey, M.P M presiding. - Tenders were accepted as follows:— New Brighton to North County Boundary Road: -Eormingand. culverting a further 108 chains of the road, Mr. F. Tauranga, £330 7/6; erection of .bridge, 25ft span, over Puwhenua Stream, Mr. W. J. Clare, Papatoetoe, £346 17/10. -Kobe-. kohe-Pollok section of Waiuku-Awhitu Hoad: Carting 1337 cubic yar,ds of sea-she 1 from Westhead's landing, Mr. 'N. W. Mil : len, Auckland, £228 8/1. Whangapoun Road, Karaka: Supply' and delivery: ot 880 cubic yards of metal, Messrs. Loldicutt and; Gossey,.Drury, £385./ , i. It was decided to take a poll on the proposed special loan of £9000 to provide an all-weather road from Waiuku to Awhitu Wharf and school, to,form a road from Awhitu: Gully to. Orua Bay, and to surface with shell the;road to Grahams Beach Wharf. .-'.•
