FIRE NEAR OPOTIKI.
By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.') OPOTIKI, this day. Five completely destroyed a house and contents, the property of Mr. J. Edwards, at Te Whaiti, Upper Waiawa, an isolated valley about 12 miles from OpGtiki, on Christmas Eve. Mr. Edwards and family were absent at the time of the fire, which had almost burnt out when they arrived home. 1
