Parliament.
DIET ADJOURNS. (Received 10.30 a.m.) TOKYO, December 26. The Emperor of Jap.an, attired as a Generalissimo, and escorted by cavalry, proceeded to the House of Pee r a and personally read the rescript opening Parliament, with full ceremony In the presence of Princes, diplomats and members of the Upper and Lower Ho'i=ts. After the adoption of replies to the Throne, the Diet adjourned till January 21.
