Mr. Henry Marks, C.8.E., Mayor Of Suva. IS RECOGNITION ADEQUATE? (Received 11.30 a.m.) ■ SUVA, this cliiy. Mr. Henry Marks, C.8.E., Mayor of Suva, has been notified by the Governor, Sir M. Fletcher, that His Majesty the King has approved of his retention of the title of honorable in recognition of his 19 years' service in the Fijian Legislature. Local opinion is that the recognition is inadequate to the vame of the service rendered.
