Opposition Has Majority Over
Government.
DISSOLUTION CERTAIN,
TOKYO, December 23
As the Seiyukai (Opposition) party holds a large majority over the Mineite (Government) party, the assembling of the Diet to-day finds the Prime Minister, Mr. Y. Hamaguclii, in a difficult position. After the election of a Speaker and a Chairman of Committee, and other formal business, the House will be adjourned until January 21, when a speedy dissolution is inevitable.
