■An Irishman and a Jewess, both natives of Belfast, were the first persons |> r ave enough to be wedded here on Friday, December 13. Mrs. Nettie Forest, 36 years old, gave birth to twins. The total weight of the two babes was thirteen pounds, and the second twin to arrive was the thirteenth babe in the Forest family.
