Mondt, manager for the wrestler Shikat, stated that he had not yet received Pesek's challenge, but Shikat was prepared to meet him on receipt of the" challenge at New, York. The promoter, uVlr.'Curley, says he is ready to stage a bout on two weeks' notice between Pesek : 'and Shikat, for he felt that the prominence of both men would ensure excellent gate receipts.
