FALL FROM SCAFFOLDING.

MAN BADLY BRUISES BACK. Severe bruises to the back were received this morning, about 10.30, by Mr. Raymond Lonergan, a married man, aged 30, who lives at 22b, Randolph Street, Newton, when he fell backwards from a ladder acrpss a form. An employee of F. J. Fawcett, Ltd., builder and contractor, he was engaged in putting up a ceiling in the New Zealand Daii-y Factory, Eden Terrace, when he slipped and fell. He was taken to tlie hospital by the St. John Ambulance, where after being X-rayed, it was found his injuries were not severe, and he was able to go home.
