KAIKOHE ROAD RACE. FAR NORTH CHAMPIONSHIP. KAIKOHE I , Monday. The first annual cycling championship of the far North was held on Saturday from Kaikohe to Kaeo and back, a distance of 70 miles. The result ws as follows:—F. E. Eisenbut (Kaikohe), 22m, 1; L. W. Roberts (Kaikohe). 15m. 2; D. C. Maclean (Kaikohe). 22m, S; R. F. Redfern (Kirikopuni), 15m, 4,: R. Wilkins (Whangarei), scratch, 5 ; D. McDonald (Okaihau), scratch, 0. The fastest time and far North championship were won by F. E. Eisenbut, who covered the distance in shrs 9J mil). L. \Y. Roberts made second fastest time in 3hrs 13Jmin.
