OVERSEAS CLUB.

NEW OXFORD INSTITUTION. LONDON, November 25. Admiral Mark Kerr opened the Foxcombo Hall Club at Oxford, which is to be the centre of international and overseas conferences. Both women and men may be members.

It is Loped that the club will become a centre of Dominion interests in Oxford, where overseas visitors congregate.

The clubhouse was formerly the residence of the Earl of Berkeley.
