MORRIS HEDSTROM. COMPLETE 810 DEAL. (From Our Own Correspondent.) SUVA, November 20. Probably the biggest commercial deal carried out here for years since Marks sold out to Morris Hedstrom, has been announced. Morris Hedstrom, Ltd., have purchased the premises and freehold of the very old-established business of A. M. Brodziak, Ltd., in Suva and Labasa. The transfer will take place in March next. The stock, which is a large one, will be disposed of, but -so far no announcement has been made .as to what method will be employed to do this. It is alleged that the company will go into voluntary liquidation. John Burns, of Auckland, is largely interested in the company. The business was founded ,py the "name' , man and carried on by the late Mr. Sep. Lazarus and his son until Mr. Millettf the present managing director, took control. NEW REGISTRATIONS. The following companies were registered yesterday:— Public.

Golden Dawn Gold Mines, Ltd. Objects: To acquire and work the mining properties at Olrinemuri known as the Rising Sun, the Rising Sun Extended, and the Veritas special quartz claims. Capital: £20,000 in 80,000 shares of 5/ each. Subscribers: C. Adams, W. F. McCallum, F. S. Moorhouse, M. H. Wynyard, J. Farrell, G. McKenzie, R. H. Montgomery, and D. 8..y Patterson, 500 shares each.

Private. The Harvie Timber Co., Ltd., sawmillers and timber merchants. Capital: £4000 in £1 shares. Subscribers: W. L. D. Harvie, 2590 shares; A. E. Irvings, 1209 shares; C. E. Harvie and H. S. Warner, 100 shares each; J. Carder, 1 share. Crosby-Kent (N.Z.), Ltd. Capital: £1000 in 1000 shares of £1 each. Subscribers: Auckland—R. C. Bisgrove 333, G. D. S. Bates 333, T. W. Dickson 334. Objects: Wholesale and manufacturing chemist and druggist, etc., and incidental. Company Charges.

The following new registrations have appeared in the "Mercantile Gazette":— Palmer, Ward Construction Co. (N.Z.), Ltd., to bearer. Debenture, £500, 8 per cent; charged on undertaking and all property, including uncalled capital. Cuff and Thomson, Ltd., to C. Thomson. Debentures, 60 debentures of £100 each, 8 .per cent; charged on undertaking and all property, including uncalled Drul'eigh Business and Technical College (N.Z.), Ltd., to A. Spencer and .three' others. Debenture, guarantee bank account; charged on undertaking and all assets, including uncalled capital (subject to prior debenture dated July 1, 1927). Increase of Capital. Manukau Beach Estates, Ltd. Capital increased to £16,500 by creation of 4500 new shares of £1 each, pref. shares. Schneideman, Samuel, Ltd. Capital increased to £7500 by creation of 2500 shares of £1 each (2250 fully paid up, and 250 subscribers).
