WARWICK FARM MEETING. ANOTHER VICTORY FOR PAPATU. SYDNEY, November 24. At the Warwick Farm Meeting yesterday the leading event was won by the New Zealand gelding Papatu. The following are the details:— HOMEBUSH HANDICAP, of 250sovs. One mile and a quarter. PAPATU, b g, aged, by Romeo—Gambode (Mr. A. J. Matthews), B.s—Matthews 1 NAN KOURGAN, ch m, aged (Mr. W. Dunn), >6.9 2 EDGARDO, b s, aged (Mr. G. Cridiand), G. 9 3 Ten started. Papatu won by a neck. Time, 2.6. ENGLISH SEASON. JOCKEY'S SPLENDID RECORD. LONDON, November 24. The flat racing season in England ended yesterday. The Aga Khan headed the list of winning owners, 20 of his horses having won £39,856. The Earl of Derby was second with £34,496, won by 21 horses. R. C. Dawson headed the trainer's list," 34 of his horses having won £74,754. F. Darling was second, 24 of his horses having won £45,093. S. Wootton trained most of the winners, namely 40. Gordon Richards headed the winning jockeys for the fourth time in succession with 135 wins and .101 seconds. Fred Fox was second with 116 wins and 85 seconds. At the Manchester meeting, the following was the result of the leading event: — NOVEMBER HANDICAP, of 1200sovs. One mile and a half. PROMPTITUDE, ch g, 6rs, by Decision —La Tigra (Mr. J. Robertson) ] SILVER HUSSAR, b h, syrs (Sir H. Greer) 2 BAYTOWN, gr c, syrs (Sir C. Hyde).. . 3 Nineteen started. Won by three lengths, a length and a half between second and third.
